Use the Community Constructively

Be respectful, stay relevant, disagree without attacking people and remember that users may be 16 or 17. Do not pressure anyone to reveal personal information. Community content is public and may be visible outside your account.

Content We Do Not Allow

  • Child sexual exploitation or abuse, grooming, sexualisation of children or attempts to move a child into private contact.
  • Credible threats, terrorism content, instructions for serious violence or content facilitating crime.
  • Encouragement or detailed instruction for suicide, self-harm or eating-disorder behaviour.
  • Hate, harassment, stalking, doxxing, intimate imagery shared without consent or targeted humiliation.
  • Scams, impersonation, spam, malware, illegal goods or attempts to manipulate reviews, scores or payments.
  • Unlicensed copyrighted material, privacy violations or professional advice presented with false qualifications.

Health and Performance Discussions

You may discuss personal experience, but do not diagnose other users, prescribe treatment, encourage medication changes or present supplement, medical or mental-health instructions as professional advice. Contact qualified services for health concerns or emergencies.

Enforcement

Depending on context, severity, history and legal duties, Neurobuff may label, restrict, hide, remove, preserve or report content; restrict features; issue warnings; or suspend or terminate accounts. We may act immediately where safety, evidence preservation or law enforcement reporting requires it.

Reporting and Appeals

Use Report on a post or reply, or email support@neurobuff.app with the URL and concern. For urgent illegal-content concerns, use the route described in our Online Safety and Complaints Policy. If Neurobuff acts against your content or account, you may appeal by email with the decision details and why you believe it was wrong.
