How to Report Content

Use the in-product Report action where available. You can also email support@neurobuff.app with the content URL, why you believe it is illegal or unsafe, the country affected and any immediate danger. Do not download, resend or attach suspected child sexual abuse material. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

What Happens After a Report

We record the report, prioritise credible threats and child-safety concerns, assess the content in context and take proportionate action. We may preserve restricted evidence, remove access, suspend accounts, ask for more information or report content to the appropriate authority. We will share an outcome where appropriate, but privacy, safety and legal restrictions can limit what we disclose.

Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse

Neurobuff prohibits child sexual exploitation and abuse content and grooming. Where the legal reporting threshold is met, we will make the required report to the National Crime Agency and preserve relevant information securely. Reports are handled on a need-to-know basis.

Moderation Complaints and Appeals

You may complain if you believe Neurobuff failed to act on illegal content, removed or restricted lawful content incorrectly, or suspended your account unfairly. Email support@neurobuff.app with “Moderation appeal” in the subject, the relevant URL or decision, and your reasons. A person not responsible for the original decision will review the appeal where reasonably practicable.

Abuse of Reporting

Do not knowingly submit false reports, use reporting to harass others or repeatedly resubmit a decided matter without new information. We may restrict abusive reporting while preserving access to legally required complaint routes.
