Neurobuff Update!

We've just pushed a big update to the site. This release includes a refreshed site aesthetic, updated game visuals, and an adaptive difficulty algorithm across all games. You can still access the old manual mode via the settings menu in each game if you prefer. If you run into any quirks or bugs, drop a note in support and we’ll jump on it quickly!

Coffee (Caffeinated and decaf) were linked to lower stress, depression, and impulsivity.

Decaf improved memory and learning, while caffeinated coffee helped lower anxiety and boost attention. Not sure I personally agree with the anxiety finding but interesting there's more cognitive benefits to coffee than just the caffeine... didn't know that. Source:

Has anyone tried 20g of creatine a day?

I've been taking 5g of creatine for a while (mainly for working out) and liked the cognitive benefits but I keep hearing about how you get the real benefits for your brain by taking 20g. But that sounds like quite a lot.. Has anyone tried 20g per day? Did you notice anymore benefits?
