Reviews and Testimonials Policy

Reviews and testimonials must reflect a real person’s genuine experience. Neurobuff does not buy positive reviews, require a particular rating or knowingly publish fabricated or misleading endorsements. Staff, contractors, investors and close business connections must disclose that relationship.

Submitting a product review does not automatically authorise use in advertising. Where we want to feature a review as a testimonial, we will obtain appropriate permission for the quoted text, displayed name or role, image, channels and any material editing. A reviewer may ask us to stop future promotional use by emailing support@neurobuff.app.

If a reviewer received free access, a discount, payment, a prize, early access or another material benefit, we require disclosure and display it clearly. An incentive must not depend on the sentiment or rating of the review.

We may reject or remove reviews that are fake, unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, disclose private information, contain conflicts of interest or attempt to manipulate ratings. We do not remove a genuine review merely because it is negative. Minor formatting or length edits must not change the meaning.

A testimonial is not proof that typical users will achieve the same result. Objective claims within testimonials require the same substantiation as claims made directly by Neurobuff. Where an experience is unusual or not representative, we will not imply otherwise.
