Our Commitment

Neurobuff aims to make its website and core account journeys usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, zoom, reduced motion or alternative input. Cognitive-training games can have task-specific visual, timing or interaction requirements, which we aim to explain clearly.

Known Limitations

Some fast-paced games, charts, 3D scenes, audio exercises and older learning content may not yet provide an equivalent experience for every access need. A game score should never be interpreted as an assessment of disability, intelligence, employability or clinical function.

Requesting Help or an Alternative

Email support@neurobuff.app with the page or feature, the barrier encountered, your browser or assistive technology where helpful, and the format or adjustment you need. We will consider reasonable alternatives and prioritise barriers affecting essential account, payment, cancellation, privacy or support functions.

Feedback

Accessibility feedback is welcome. We will route it to the relevant product owner and use it to inform remediation priorities. This statement does not limit rights under applicable equality, accessibility or consumer law.
